A private compound — heated pool and spa, waterslide, rooftop plunge pool, sauna, steam and gym. Two guest houses. Sleeps sixteen.
The compound sits set back in the woods, screened from the road on every side.
Standing-seam metal, cedar gables, and a pool terrace cut into the trees behind it.
Enough room for sixteen people to share a week without sharing a bathroom.
Seven bedrooms and ten baths across the main house and two guest houses, so a full party never has to negotiate a bathroom.
Two sectionals, a stone fireplace, and terrace doors that open straight onto the pool. It is the room the house is organized around — where sixteen people can be in the same place without anyone feeling crowded.
The pool runs heated at 82°. The spa holds 100–104°. At the far end, a full waterslide straight into the deep end.
A glass-walled plunge pool and loungers set above the treetops. The best light of the day lands here around seven.
Everything below is on the property. Nothing is a shared facility and nothing costs extra.

No platform fee, no service charge, and one person on the other end of the phone.
This goes straight to my phone. I answer every one myself, usually the same day.
